One of the important ways to evaluate a gym is the quality of fighters it develops. In particular those who started from the beginners level rather than those who arrived already developed somewhere else.
When choosing a gym to join it is the quality of the students that's important because they show what a new student can realistically expect to develop into.
Over the years we have developed and trained some of the top Amateur and Professional strikers in the Dallas/Fort Worth Area by focusing particular attention on the details and subtleties of both fundamentals and strategies of Boxing, MMA and Muay Thai.
