
George has more than 50 years of martial arts experience and has practiced several traditional and combative styles of martial arts, including Western Boxing, Kickboxing and Muay Thai. George is a certified Muay Thai trainer under the International Amateur Muay Thai Federation (I.A.M.T.F.) and is a recognized Master of Muay Thai (Ajahn) by the I.A.M.T.F. as of August 17, 1998. A significant contribution to developing George's knowledge in the Muay Thai field was given by Mr. Jason Webster, who has been a great source of knowledge and inspiration. George owes his coaching knowledge to the Bulgarian Boxing Trainer Mr. Palmi Ranchev, the head trainer for the Bulgarian National Boxing team for over 20 years who had produced over 45 medalists from the Olympic games and the World Championships. I

Kevin has over 30 years of martial arts experience. He began training in traditional Japanese Karate and then moved onto train in a wide variety of Martial Arts, including Boxing, Kickboxing, Jeet Kune Do, Hapkido, Jiujitsu, Escrima, and Muay Thai. Kevin began coaching Karate in Scotland in the 1980s, then moved from the UK to USA in 1992 and has trained continuously, living the mantra “keep moving!”. Kevin has trained with many great instructors and students… a wonderful extended family. Kevin strongly promotes physical fitness, and runs competitively, from 5Ks to marathons, with a PR marathon time of 2:54:36 (6:40 per mile) at the CIM Sacramento Marathon in 2011. He won his age group in the Dallas 2012 Marathon with a time of 2:59:53. Since then, Kevin has committed his training for multiple marathons.
